1989 the beginning of an adventure
July 1989 Company founded by M. Charpin and established in Nevers. Since its creation, CEGEPLAST has specialised in the injection of technical components. The company has developed rapidly with prestigious clients in sports and leisure (Look, Rossignol) and in lighting (Philips).
1992 Incorporation of injection mould manufacturing into our services.
1997 One of the first SMEs in plastics industry in France to be certified ISO 9002
1999 Introduction of Robotics.
2002
Grand entrance into the automobile industry.
The ISO 9001 certification was acquired in the same year which defines quality control from mould design to product delivery.
The development of the company accelerated and CEGEPLAST integrated DOUBLE-INJECTION into its workshops.
2007 Award and prize for the best global performance in 2006 by the group Philips Lighting
April 2010 : A fire devastated half of the Nevers site. In less than four days the company was able to start up again thanks to the outstanding mobilisation of all its staff and local partners. None of our production lines of our clients were stopped. The Renault group sent us its congratulations for the efficient management of the accident.
Since 2010, CEGEPLAST has built customer loyalty through a policy based on quality.
The company has been certified ISO 9001/2015 and IATF 16949/2016 since 2016.
2017 Modernisation and improvement of production flow and creation of raw materials distribution platform.
2021 : The adventure and projects continue......
2026 : CEGEPLAST rejoint TRIPLE C !
